Shipping Policy

At MainMarket Online, operated by AfriGlobal Commerce LLC, we’re committed to getting your premium beauty products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses

Note: We do not currently offer international shipping. We focus on providing the best possible service to our U.S. customers.


2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders $100 and over: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $100: $10.99 flat rate

Express Shipping:

  • 1-2 Business Day Delivery: $19.99
  • Available for most U.S. addresses
  • Not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses

Alaska & Hawaii:

  • Standard shipping: $14.99
  • Express shipping: $24.99
  • Delivery times may be longer than continental U.S.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 6 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST: Processed and shipped same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST: Processed and shipped next business day
  • Weekend orders: Processed on the following Monday
  • Holiday orders: Processed on the next business day

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and another email with tracking information when it ships.


4. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping:

  • Continental U.S.: 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 4-7 business days after shipment
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO): 7-14 business days after shipment

Express Shipping:

  • Continental U.S.: 1-2 business days after shipment
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 2-3 business days after shipment

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays
  • Transit time begins after your order ships (not when it’s placed)
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account at mainmarketonline.us
  • Clicking “Order History” to view tracking information

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected based on your location, order size, and shipping method chosen to ensure optimal delivery.


7. Shipping Address

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We ship to the address you provide at checkout
  • We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you
  • Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of order placement
  • Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed – contact the carrier directly

P.O. Boxes:

  • Standard shipping available to P.O. Boxes
  • Express shipping NOT available to P.O. Boxes

8. Multiple Items/Split Shipments

If you order multiple items:

  • We make every effort to ship all items together
  • In some cases, items may ship separately from different warehouses
  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
  • You will NOT be charged additional shipping for split shipments

9. Delivery Issues

Package Marked “Delivered” But Not Received:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your property (porch, garage, mailbox)
  3. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  4. Check with your building management (for apartments/condos)
  5. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark “delivered” prematurely)
  6. Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  7. Contact us at order@mainmarketonline.us if still not located

Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we’ll work with you to file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • If packaging is damaged, note it with the carrier or take photos
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Delayed Shipments:

  • Check tracking for updates
  • Allow 1-2 extra days beyond estimated delivery before contacting us
  • Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of shipment

10. Shipping During Peak Seasons

During peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays):

  • Processing times may be slightly longer (up to 24 hours)
  • Carrier delays are more common
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
  • Express shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders

11. Refused or Returned Shipments

If you refuse delivery or a package is returned to us:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be processed minus shipping costs once package is received
  • Contact us before refusing delivery to discuss options

12. Incorrect Items or Missing Products

If you receive the wrong item or are missing products from your order:

  1. Contact us immediately at order@mainmarketonline.us
  2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
  3. Include photos if applicable
  4. We’ll ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost
  5. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for incorrect items

13. Order Modifications After Shipping

Once your order has shipped:

  • We cannot change the shipping address
  • We cannot add or remove items
  • We cannot cancel the order
  • Contact the carrier directly for delivery changes (they may offer hold at location, signature requirements, etc.)
  • You may refuse delivery or return the order once received

14. Customs and Import Duties

Since we only ship within the United States, there are no customs or import duties for our shipments.
